36 Hours of Madness Date: July 21st - 22nd

Cost: $149

We have limited space for this event: We will go to Alley Cats, Ranger Games, & Six Flags
The purpose of this event is to hangout and get to know incoming 6th graders.

We are so excited for your student to join us for this special 6th grade-only trip called 36 Hours of Madness. This will be their first event in the Student Ministry, and a great way to connect with friends and our Student Staff.The cost is only $149. The only other cash needs will be a Buccees stop and any purchases above and beyond for alleycats,ranger games and six flags.


Packing List Recommendations

What to Bring

       Casual clothing for the trip (no tank tops or short shorts)

       Swimsuit (one piece or tankini for girls) We go straight to water park - please wear these items under clothes

    Bible/Pen

       Comfortable shoes for Six Flags

       Personal hygiene items

(toothbrush, deodorant, shampoo, etc.)

       Spending money for 2 meals and snacks

Six flags is cashless so your student will need a debit card or can load a park specific card with their moneyThese cards they are non refundable so if they load all their money on it then they have no more money for the other park.

What Not to Bring

       Weapons, knives, guns, etc.

       Tobacco, drugs or alcohol products (vaping will not be tolerated)

       Anything for pranks (fireworks, etc)

       Prescription drugs will be checked in with leader

*A student may be sent home for a violation of bringing any of the above “not to bring” items, a continual disruption of any of the

Monday July 21st

7:30am- Arrive at FBCWF Cross Tower for registration

8am- Load charter bus for 36 hours of madness

9:45am - Buc-ee's Stop

11am - Alley Cats Arlington

a. Alley Cats will have unlimited Bowling, Laser Tag (regular & VR), Mini Golf, & Rock Wall Climbing. Each student will be given a $20 play card as well. Anything above and beyond will be on students (Please set limit for student)

4:30pm- Leave Alley Cats to head to hotel-

5pm- Arrive at Hotel-

a.    Comfort Suites Arlington 411 W. Road to Six Flags Arlington, Texas 76011 Phone: 817-460-8700 

b.    Students stay 4 to a room with 1 leader

c.    The room has 2 queen beds and a sofa bed (student stay in beds and leader stays on sofa bed)

d.     For Safety and Security every leaders has passed a background checked and has been vetted

e.     A leader will not share a bed with a student under any circumstance

6pm- Leave Hotel for Ranger Game-

6:15pm- Arrive at Globe Life Stadium-

End of Ranger Game

a.      Load busses to hotel

b.     Lights out 30 mins after we get back to hotel

Tuesday July 22nd -

8am- Breakfast at Hotel

a.     Full hot breakfast offered at hotel from 6am-9am

b.     Back to rooms and clean up from 9am-10:30am

10:30am- Devo in lobby of hotel

11am- Leave for Six Flags

a.      We will enter as a group and break into groups of 4 with 1 leader per group

b.     Students are not required to ride any rides that they do not want to

c.      Students will be responsible for their own snacks and purchases inside park - Students will have access to meal deals with each group and share chicken tender baskets every 90 minutes - Any food purchases above and beyond will be on their own.

d.     Six flags & Hurricane Harbor is cashless so your student will need a debit card or can load a park specific card with their money. These cards they are non refundable so if they load all their money on it then they have no more money for the other park.

e.     We will have multiple group check in throughout the day to assure we are all together. Please let your student know ahead of time how important it is for them to be where we ask them to be when we ask them to be there.

f.      We will leave the park around 5pm

5:30pm- Leave Six Flags and load bus

a.     Load buss and head home

8pm- Arrive back at the Cross Tower entrance of the downtown campus
