Jesus said the greatest among us are those who serve! At Oneighty, volunteering isn’t what we want FROM you—it’s what we want FOR you. We believe that when we grow in our serving we grow in our faith. Jesus also told us that the harvest is plentiful, but the LABORERS are few.  We know there’s a massive harvest of students in our community and we are actively praying and seeking adults who can serve with us in discipling this generation.  We have multiple opportunties to serve on Wednesday nights and Sunday’s.

Our Connect Team is responsible for connecting students in our ministry and with other students.  They help first time guests find a friend, check students into our system, host, and welcome students. 

Our Experience Team is responsible for the actual experience of the night.  The E-Team serves in our Cafe, Rec, Worship, and our Tech team.  

Our Life Group Leader team serves on Sunday mornings during our Life Group hour.  They are responsible for shepherding a group of 8-12 students.
